Senior Accountant

What you’ll be doing:

  • Participates in the overall financial and accounting activities of the company
  • Responsible for the reliability of the relevant financial and accounting documents.
  • Responsible for compliance with the deadlines for the assumed financial and accounting functions in the company.
  • Ensures timely recording of business transactions for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Analyzes, controls and performs activities for accounting and control of business operations related to the acquisition of inventories and their proper treatment for tax and accounting purposes
  • Monitors and carries out the timely settlement of the accounting relations with debtors and creditors
  • Participates in the activities for preparation, control and submission of regular reports to government agencies (NRA, NSI, BNB)
  • Responsible and directly performs the activities for periodic balance confirmations as well settlements and payments between counterparts (suppliers and customers)
  • Analyzes the received primary accounting documents for expenses, estimates the value of the unreported business operations

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Education – University degree. Accounting and Control.
  • Good knowledge of the normative acts related to:
    a) financial activities, accounting and internal financial control
    b) tax and social security legislation
    c) the terms and conditions for financing and crediting the economic activity
    d)the basic provisions of labor and civil law.
  • PC literacy – MS Office, SAP is a must, Implementation of SAP S4/Hana will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Professional experience – 5 years .
  • Foreign languages – good knowledge in written and spoken english language.
  • Personal skills – communicativeness, responsibility, giving clear feedback at all levels, detail oriented
