What you’ll be doing:

  • Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
  • Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy
  • Managing maintenance service and spare parts budgets
  • Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance program
  • Training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedure
  • Conduct installation and commissioning of production lines and other equipment
  • Prepares lists of necessary critical spare parts and materials for the equipment
  • Prepares schedules for maintenance of the equipment and provides work instructions and checklists for their implementation
  • Analyzes the reasons for downtime and damages of the equipment
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs
  • Plan the calibration activity on the necessary equipment

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Education – Bachelor  degree in engineering
  • PC literacy – CMMS ( SAP is advantage), MS Office
  • Professional experience – minimum 3 years
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team spirit, dynamic, high commitment and hands on mentality
