What you’ll be doing:
- Processing of intercompany and third parties accounts payable and receivables
- Posting of purchase invoices (matching with delivery and purchase order)
- Review, route invoices and process workflows for approval;
- Reconciliation of vendors and customers accounts, resolving of discrepancies, investigation of differences, corrections and correspondence with related parties, via e-mail/telephone
- Participation in the payment run process, assemble invoices to be completed for payment, reconcile bank statements
- Participation in monthly and annual closing, analyzes and audit procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Master/Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- Understanding of Accounting Standards and practices
- Very good computer literacy – MS Office; SAP will be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job
- Detail and goal oriented person
