Job Responsibilities:
• MES System Maintenance: Install, configure, monitor, and maintain MES system (iTAC, ASM, ...) and components; Troubleshoot all issues, coordinate issue resolution with Group IT MES Team and vendor.
• MES Helpdesk and User Support: analyze, resolve, prioritize, assign, or escalate issues in a timely manner to meet the SLA; provide user training and day-to-day support of MES on request.
• MES Development: Analyze business requirements, Review and coordinate development of WEB-HMI and machine interfaces with Group IT MES Team, Design, Implement, Test, and document the solution.
• Work on the shop floor and in unsocial hours to support urgent MES issues and projects.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
• 3-years' experience in MES maintenance and support
• 1-year' experience in software development.
• Experience of Database such as Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent oral English.
• Experience of C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
