Lean Manufacturing Engineer

1. Lean System Implementation & Optimization: Assist in applying lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, VSM) to optimize production lines and reduce manufacturing wastes.
2. Process Data Collection & Analysis: Gather on-site production data such as cycle time and OEE, analyze process bottlenecks and propose improvement ideas.3. Kaizen Activity Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute Kaizen projects, track progress and record improvement benefits.4. On-site Production Management: Monitor daily production status, supervise 5S implementation and standardize on-site production workflows.
5. Document Compilation & Reporting: Prepare lean documents, improvement reports and monthly work summaries.

1. Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering; fresh graduate is preferred.
2. Professional Knowledge: Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and production management. 3. Skill Competency: Skilled in MS Office; basic English reading & writing ability.
4. Comprehensive Quality: Good data analysis & logical thinking; willing to work on production site.
5. Personal Trait: Self-motivated, responsible, good teamwork and stress resistance.
