Lead Display Panel Module (TPM) level engineering activities for automotive display (Cluster/CID/PID/...) including Acquisition & Series development
Feasibility analysis and evaluation of customer requirements for display module parts in systemWorkout technical & functional solutions in account to economically aspects for automotive display application, including Optics / Mechanical / Electronics / Verification of TPM (Touch-Panel-Module) level
Support internal R&D cross-function teams like ME/HW/SW/Testing as well as collaboration together with cross-function departments like Inhouse-Bonding / Manufactory / Quality / ...
Close collaboration with suppliers during development phase up to series production regarding technical development
Tracking and monitoring of suppliers during development phase to ensure the maturity level in different project stages
Technology scouting and evaluation for application of future display technologies in automotive market (Local Dimming / OLED / Mini-LED / Micro-Led / Curved Display / Privacy Mode / ...)
Complete other tasks assigned by team leader

Bachelor or master degree in (micro-)electronics or comparable majors
Good English skills written & oral Knowledge in TFT & OLED display technology: optics / TFT-array / LCD electronics / Backlight design / display ICs / OLED / ...
Experience in automotive products development with integration of display module with mechanics / hardware / software
Familiar with automotive product development process
Capable of automotive development skills & tools like FMEA / 8D / SPC / Doors / Jira / ...
Experience of supplier management acc. to project development
