• Source, screen, and recruit top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to develop tailored strategies and conduct efficient hiring drives.
• Manage pre-onboarding, background verification, and niche skill recruitment while optimizing SuccessFactors RCM.
• Develop employer branding initiatives through social media, career fairs, and events to attract and retain talent.
• Analyze HR data, create dashboards, and generate insights on recruitment trends, attrition, and headcount.
• Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with IT/Admin teams to enhance HR systems for strategic decision-making.
