What you’ll be doing:

 

  • As part of the local Plant Supplier Quality team you are responsible for the supplier complaint management process in our plant

  • You create supplier complaints, request 8D reports and evaluate them with the aim of a zero-defect strategy

  • You communicate the supplier complaint status and supplier performance in relation to the Bulgarian  plant with your interfaces

  • If necessary, you ensure series deliveries through qualified incoming goods inspections and monitor delivery quality

  • You support the Regional SQE in development of the components with activities planned at the  Bulgarian plant

  • You create reports and statistics for the suppliers, regional SQE’s and internal stakeholders

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree or a comparable qualification

  • You have several years of experience in quality management at an international manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive sector

  • You have already gained experience in managing suppliers

  • Ideally, you have knowledge of IATF/VDA, particularly the Automotive Core Tools

  • You have strong process and technology know-how as well as strong analytical skills and assertiveness

  • You have business fluent English skills (German is an advantage)

  • Knowledge of injection molding, spray, laser craving or electronic process is considered as an advantage
