Supplier Management - Process Specialist

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to align processes and tools with company’s organizational requirements and goals

  • Develop process documentation, incl. process maps, technical specifications, training materials, working instructions and templates

  • Assure process compliance to applicable automotive standards and customer specific requirements

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff and/ or supplier on new processes, methods, and best practices

  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Monitor and track supplier performance in terms of quality, costs, delivery, innovation

  • Support planning and execution of internal, customer and third-party audits

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Education – Bachelor degree in business, engineering, other

  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D methods, etc.

  • Professional experience –  on similar position and/ or in automotive industry

  • Advanced knowledge of English; German will be considered as an advantage

  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and advanced analytical skills
