Main responsibilities:

 

  • Controls and coordinates the daily work of the operators according to the working instructions

  • Performs continuous inspection of the manufactured products and ensures that the production plan is accomplished

  • Controls the flow of materials needed for the production process.

  • Controls the training of operators and ensures that they are trained to work on the specific assembly station

  • Monitors the presence of the operators and fills in the natural form.

  • Prepares the necessary reports for the management

  • Makes suggestions for improving the production process

  • Applies rules and make sure they are kept by the employees

  • Knows, applies and monitors compliance with 5S rules

  • Works on 3 shifts schedule

 

 

Required qualifications and skills:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Manufacturing

  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing or experience in electronics manufacturing will be an adcantage.

  • People management experience

  • Good knowledge in Excel

  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system is considered as an advantage

  • Advanced knowledge of English

  • Team spirit, proactive thinking, dynamic, high commitment and hands on mentality
