Main responsibilities:

  • Manage acquisition -  development, series and special projects in terms of results, costs, timing and acceptance by the awarding authority and stakeholders
  • Plan, supervise and control project progress following the company product development process , obtain and secure the necessary commitments and approvals
  • Prove, plan, approve and integrate changes into the project planning and implement them into the product and serial production
  • Plan, order and approve prototypes according to internal and external needs
  • Investigate actual variances to the project planning and risks related to timing, profitability and technical realization at an early stage; work out adequate proposals
  • Represent and promote the project internally and externally, prepare and provide project reporting, manage the project communication and guarantee continuous and complete project documentation
  • Prepare, realize and manage regular customer meetings; support the customer with any project related matter under consideration of the BHTC objectives, interests and competence guidelines
  • Acting as face to our customers and internal contact partners

Main requirements:

  • Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process technology, Mechatronics or related field
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing or several years experience in similar field of work (electronics manufacturing)
  • Knowledge of project management (GPM, PMI will be considered as an advantages)
  • Ideally knowledge of SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of English; German will be considered as an advantage
  • Team management skills; good communication skills;  goal oriented person
  • Structured and logical way of thinking
  • Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
