What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Responsible for implementing new products and processes that meet quality, cost, timing, and production metrics for both Product Development and Manufacturing Operations

  • Monitors all required launch readiness activities and manages risks and issues. Escalates risks and issues to key stakeholders, drives continuous improvement

  • Leads various cross-functional launch readiness forums and activities. Provides updates at both working and executive level on status and mitigation plans as required

  • Develop project plans, supervise and control new project launches following the company product development process

  • Coordinate operational engineering teams on site and coordinate global team communication

  • Independently leads technical assignments related to operations

  • Investigate actual variances to the project planning and risks related to timing and overall project targets

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Leadership skills, project management skills and the capability to communicate and influence senior management, suppliers and customers

  • Previous knowledge of electronic, mechanical related assembly or mechatronics technology products and manufacturing technologies

  • Problem solving and decision-making tools and ability to facilitate a team utilizing the tools

  • Master degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quality or other manufacturing related field

  • Advanced knowledge of English; German will be considered as an advantage

  • Structured and logical way of thinking

  • Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
