What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Review and update tickets: status, priority, escalations

  • Interacts with users and IT colleagues on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner

  • Manages day-to-day user interaction

  • Provides orientation to new users for Front Office IT systems (hardware, operation system, and software) and for Applications

  • Trains users about potential uses of Front Office IT systems and Applications

  • Maintains and configurates the company stationary and mobile phones

  • Maintains and configurates all computers and end user software

  • Maintains and configurates all printers used in the company

  • Maintains and configurates other computer equipment used in the company

  • Participates in local projects

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Education –Bachelor degree or in process of education  in the field of Information Technologies

  • PC literacy – good knowledge of all MS Windows versions, MS Office, other specific instruments and software

  • Advanced knowledge of English

  • Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and good communication skills
