Main responsibilities:

• Daily communication with suppliers of raw materials aiming to ensure satisfaction of the clients according their orders
• Intercompany and third parties accounts payable and receivables are processed in a timely and efficient manner; posting of purchase invoices (matching with delivery and purchase order)
• Review, route invoices and process workflows for approval;
• Reconciliation of vendors and customers accounts, resolving of discrepancies, investigation of differences, corrections and correspondence with related parties, via e-mail/telephone
• Participation in the payment run process, assemble invoices to be completed for payment, reconcile bank statements
• Participation in monthly and annual closing, analyzes and audit procedures
• Support the month end and year end closing processes

Main requirements:

• Master/Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
• Understanding of Accounting Standards and tax legislation
• Very good computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP system SAP
• Good knowledge of English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job
• Detail and goal oriented person
