Optical Bonding Test Engineer

1. Take charge of AOI/API equipment software development (C++/C#), axis servo control, visual imaging, defect re-judgment and whole-process debugging; solve on-site operation & mechanism issues.
负责 AOI/API 设备 C++/C# 软件开发、轴动伺服控制、视觉取像、缺陷复判及全流程调试，排除设备现场运作与机构问题2. Take charge of AOI/API equipment operation monitoring, parameter setup, management and program optimization.
负责 AOI/API 设备运作监控、参数设定、管理与程式优化
3. Take charge of defect data collection, analysis, overkill/underkill improvement and test result calibration.
负责缺陷数据收集、分析、过杀 / 漏杀改善及检测结果校正
4. Take charge of evaluation, purchasing and maintenance of AOI fixtures, tooling, testing tools and consumables; manage light-on testing related tools.
负责 AOI 治具、工装、检测工具及耗材的评估、请购与维护，管理显示屏点亮测试相关工具
5. Take charge of establishing equipment maintenance plan, maintenance checklist and daily inspection form.
负责制定设备保养计划、保养表与日常点检表
6. Cooperate with suppliers to promote software & hardware optimization and customized function development of AOI/API equipment.
协同供应商推进 AOI/API 设备软硬件优化及客制化功能开发
7. Take charge of MES/EAP system docking, report development, battle room (Grafana/NodeRed) construction and data analysis.
负责 MES/EAP 系统对接、报表开发、战情室搭建与数据分析
8. Take charge of establishing and managing operation instruction, parameter setup and model change process of AOI/API equipment.
负责制定与管理 AOI/API 设备操作指南、参数设定与换型流程文件
9. Deal with other duties assigned by Manager

1. Over 10 years of working experience in AOI/API equipment software development, testing and debugging in display, PCB and semiconductor fields.
10 年以上显示器、PCB、半导体领域 AOI/API 设备软件开发、测试与调试工作经验2. Proficient in C++/C# programming, visual imaging development, axis servo control and AOI whole-process control.

3. Familiar with display optical bonding (OCA) process, light-on testing and defect re-judgment.
熟悉显示屏光学贴合（OCA）制程、点亮检测与缺陷复判
4. Experienced in MES/EAP system docking, customized development, report and battle room development.
具备 MES/EAP 系统对接、客制化开发、报表及战情室开发经验
5. Experienced in project management, customer communication, equipment on-site commissioning and delivery.
具备项目管理、客户对接、设备现场调试与交付经验
6. Positive attitude, strong execution, clear problem-solving thinking and good teamwork.
