Optical Bonding Test Engineer

1. Take charge of mechanism adjusting， operation debug of all AOI/API station负责AOI/API设备的调整维护、运作过程现场的问题排除
2. Take charge of AOI/API station operation monitoring, setup and parameter management负责AOI/API设备的运作状况监控、参数设定与管理3. Take charge of data collection, analysis and overkill/ underkill improvement of all AOI/API station.负责各AOI/API的资料收集、分析与校正改善
4. Take charge of all tools evaluation, purchasing and maintenance regarding display light-on and testing.负责与显示屏点亮测试相关的工具评估、请购与维护
5. Take charge of evaluation and management with AOI fixture, tooling, inspection tool and consumable in production.负责AOI设备夹具、工具、耗材的评价、请购与验证；
6. Take charge of creating all maintenance plan, maintenance table and checking table of each AOI station in InBo plant负责AOI设备的维护保养计划、保养与点检表的制作
7. Take charge of improvement and optimization regarding AOI operation(including hardware and software) with supplier与供应商合作，推动AOI设备的优化与改善（包含软硬体）
8. Take charge of creating, managing operation, setup and variant change instruction of each AOI in InBo plant负责AOI设备的操作指南、设定与换型流程的文件制作与管理
9. Deal with other duties assigned by Manager

Experience with process or new product engineer in display field for over 4 years.
Experience in AOI software/hardware tunning, including measurement data analysisBeing familiar with display manufacturing process, better in OCA bonding and module production.
有AOI设备调试与数据分析经验
四年以上显示屏制程或相关等工作经验；
熟悉显示屏工艺；OCA贴合经验佳；
性格积极、执行力强，解决问题思路清晰，有良好的团队合作能力及敬业精神，主动沟通能力强；
