Optical Bonding Equipment Engineer

1. Daily inspection, preventive maintenance and emergency fault troubleshooting/repair of core equipment (OCA bonding machine, AOI,BLU assembly... etc.);
2. Full-cycle management of spare parts, jigs and consumables (demand assessment, inventory control, incoming & issuance); 3. Assist Line 5 equipment commissioning/parameter optimization during yield ramp-up, support Line 6 equipment move-in & initial debugging;
4. Implement maintenance plans, record maintenance data and summarize troubleshooting experience;
5. Cooperate with production team to solve equipment operation issues and propose practical improvement suggestion
6. Continuous improvement of equipment: Put forward practical improvement suggestions for equipment operation bottlenecks, frequent faults and other problems.

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanics, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
1. 3 years above of practical experience in display OCA bonding/automotive electronics equipment maintenance & debugging;2. Proficient in core equipment troubleshooting, able to independently handle mechanical/electrical issues;
3. Familiar with spare parts management process, with inventory control experience;
4. Strong execution, sense of responsibility, and quick response to on-site emergencies.
