DO Process Engineer Optical Bonding

● Monitoring the project schedule and giving feedback;负责项目试做进度的监控及反馈；
● Feeding back the process quality information, defect mode tracking and DMAIC;负责产品制程质量信息反馈，对于制程缺陷的跟踪以及问题改善闭环● Monthly evaluating the delivering achievement for the SOP product, then improving and tracking;负责批量产品的月度及年度生产业绩评价，以及改进跟踪
● Take charge of evaluation and management with all equipment jig, tooling, inspection tool and consumable in production.负责项目生产相关的设备夹具、工具、耗材的评价、请购与验证；
● Cost down evaluation, verification and introduction with all consumable materials.负责生产耗材的降本评估、验证与导入
● Coordinating the production machine and jig FAT approval document of new project according to project requirement;负责按项目要求整理与送审新项目设备与治具的FAT文件资料
● Assist to prepare Gate review information and report making项目跨关的生产相关资料准备
● Take charge of the SAP, Working order, Plato (PFMEA) ...etc system maintenance of the new project;负责新产品SAP相关、工单开立、生产料号维护、Plato 等系统的维护和跟踪
● Take charge of creating all working instruction documents of each working station in InBo plant负责每个工站的作业指导书制作与维护
● Take charge of creating all maintenance plan, maintenance table and checking table of each equipment in InBo plant负责每个设备的维护保养计划、保养与点检表的制作
● Take charge of creating, managing operation, setup and variant change instruction of each equipment in InBo plant负责每个设备的操作指南、设定与换型流程的文件制作与管理
● Take charge of operator and technician training and assessment负责技术员、作业员的培训与考核

Experience with process or new product engineer in display back-end module process field for more than 4 years;
Being familiar with OCA bonding and following working process, including display bonding material; Being familiar with GD&T and 6-sigma tools;
Had ever been responsible for at least three mass production projects.
四年以上显示屏模组后段制程、新产品工程师工作经验；
熟悉显示屏OCA全贴合与相关工艺，包含材料；
熟悉6-sigma & GD&T分析工具；
负责三个项目以上的量产项目制程维护实绩
性格踏实积极，有良好的团队合作能力及敬业精神，主动沟通能力；
