The System Integrator is responsible to integrate the developed sub-systems according to the system architecture to a whole system and verify the interfaces between the sub-systems. This includes:
- Uniting the already integrated hardware-software system with the mechanical system
- Specifying the tests for the interfaces between the sub-systems
- Performing the tests and reporting the results.
Candidate Profile
The tester is responsible for the execution of the system test and integration tests in accordance to the PDP in order to assure the product degree of maturity in compliance with Quality/Costs/Timings.
- Should have experience in automotive product development & testing
- Creation of the system integration test specification according to the product requirements and responsible for obtaining the required approvals
- Development of a system integration plan & test including regression tests
- Execution of system integration tests according to the specification
- Supporting the implementation the test strategies
- Creation of the system integration test report & Documenting and evaluating test results
- Maintenance of the error documentation and transfer of test results to the project team
- Support of the analysis of detected failures, ensuring the correct test setup and execution
- Supporting optimizing hardware systems based on test results.
- Experienced in test specification and performing for complex systems
- Test engineering and test equipment (HW, SW, standards, HIL, etc.)
- Test automation, methodical testing
- CAN, LIN, diagnostics
- Configurations management
- Robustness testing
- EMI/EMC test standards & experience on EMI/EMC testing & meeting compliance
- Should have knowledge of ASPICE process & good competency on SYS.4 compliance
- Special tool handling experience – MS-office, DOORS, Config. management, CANoe / LIN
- Experienced with tools like DSO, MSO, Vector tools CANoe, Power supply, Spectrum Analyzer, Protocol analyzer, Ltspice, Pspice
- Preferred to have experience of HVAC control application
- Should have capability for Self-driven, taking over responsibility and motivated to work in an internal team
- Working with Cross-departmental methods (hardware, software & mechanics)
- Should have very Good verbal & written communication skills to interact with partners & customers
- Should have good attitude
