Deputy Manager

In our location in Pune, we have following position opened for internal applications:

Deputy Manager in the department of Human Resources in the team of Suzan Meshramkar.

Oversee the full-cycle process of recruiting for all the departments which include candidate marketing, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting.
Support Talent Acquisition team in recruitment, branding activities and university relations programPro-actively manages requisitions within their group.
Develops and maintains effective partnerships internally with the leadership team within their group.
Manage the internal applicant process the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties
Be a point of contact for managers/employees of R&D for HR-related topics.
Lead the Talent Acquisition & Communication Team to meet business needs and stand out on the market as an employer of choice.
Monitor labor market dynamics and share information with the team and managers building on solutions for the challenges we are facing
