• Create, administrate, share and observe
o Initial setup of project specific CM-Plan document and its appendices with the Project Team during the product development process o regular reporting of the Configuration Management Status o verify CM plan document and its appendices according to project specific needs (throughout project's lifetime). • The configuration manager is responsible for: o The project specific configuration management plan and its appendices o Supporting Process implementation and initialization along the PDP o Preparation and supporting assessments (Configuration Management Process) with the project team o Reporting the configuration management status to the relevant Stakeholder o Give guidance to project team (implementation of lessons learned in alignment with PO and key User for process continuous improvement) |
