BHTC India inaugurated it's new integrated manufacturing facility, Technical Centre and Global IT Shared Services in 2022 at MIDC, Bhosari in Pune. This state-of-the-art facility is spread over an area of 1,20,000 square feet and employs around 300+ people.

Our Campus to Corporate integration for fresh graduates and postgraduates is managed through our Sapling Project initiative. Our Leadership Team goes through a series of workshops that helps them deploy their strategic mindset towards furthering BHTC’s goals. Designed for the middle management cadre, the Takshashila program is a detailed cross functional glimpse and a thoughtful study of the BHTC Behaviors. The Magic Beans Program is a 9 workshop training course for First Time Managers. -
EMPLOYEE ACTIVITIES
Through our incredible employee driven Sports Committee, we have multiple sports activities like cricket, badminton, soccer and box cricket to keep everyone engaged. For Fun, we have engagements planned every month right from quizzes, Master Chef, cubicle décor, photography as well as rewarding and recognizing our employees every time they do a good job. For example during annual awards, family days and monthly Townhalls.
