BHTC India inaugurated it's new integrated manufacturing facility, Technical Centre and Global IT Shared Services in 2022 at MIDC, Bhosari in Pune. This state-of-the-art facility is spread over an area of 1,20,000 square feet and employs around 300+ people.

Our Campus to Corporate integration for fresh graduates and postgraduates is managed through our Sapling Project initiative. Our Leadership Team goes through a series of workshops that helps them deploy their strategic mindset towards furthering BHTC’s goals. Designed for the middle management cadre, the Takshashila program is a detailed cross functional glimpse and a thoughtful study of the BHTC Behaviors. The Magic Beans Program is a 9 workshop training course for First Time Managers.
