Local representatives with specific knowledge regarding Occupational Health and Safety topics are available at all our production sites and are networked with each other via the headquarters in Lippstadt. An area of special focus is the aspect of continuous improvement - in order to do things better where appropriate or necessary. Relevant performance indicators are evaluated regularly, checked for effectiveness and adapted to the prevailing conditions. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the activities regarding Occupational Health and Safety is evaluated through both internal and external audits.
