Job Task

• Provide support for effective and consistent application of global Compensation & Benefit programs.
• Benchmark jobs as per survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for positions for all specified global locations.
• Responsible for designing organizational and position structure to support the organization's mission and enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Review and optimize business operating model design, Span and layers for optimal organization performance, agility, and collaboration.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational structures to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Define and streamline job architecture, roles & responsibilities, job repository, workflows, reporting structures.
• Support seamless integration of organization design processes with other C&B processes.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to support strategic objectives.
• Support integration & transformation plans aswell as prepare communication to guide stakeholders through initiatives.
• Partners with the HR Technology team to drive automation projects related to above HR business processes. Actively track and lead project status as per roadmap
• Develop & maintain related reports and global dashboards.
