Main responsibilities:

• You are global technology expert regarding the Pick & Place of SMT components onto printed circuit boards

• You are in charge of developing concepts for our technical systems, installations and processes

• You are responsible to develop the new specifications for test equipment in a global network, and implement a qualification and validation of the technology

• You ensure the initial integration of the new technology, optimizing until having a stable inspection process

• You generate technology overviews from all the plants and define optimization programs based on defined KPIs

• You analyze the requirements of the internal and external customers. Based on this analysis you identify the future production technologies needed as well as future technological trends

• The respective projects will be executed under your guidance and with your support by our local technology experts

• You ensure, that our established serial production inspections run safely, consistently, and smoothly, and are subject to reviews for continuous improvement

• Travelling to our customers, suppliers and to our plants internationally

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Process Technology, Manufacturing or related field

• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing or several years experience in electronics manufacturing

• Experience in project management and good communication skills

• Knowledge in the field of process technology concerning SMD - Pick&Place and the SW Programming of the equipment

• Advanced knowledge of English, German is considered as an advantage.

• You have knowledge about analog and digital measurements
